This is the first newsletter of the year, and it gives us the opportunity to wish you all the best from the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the network's permanent staff.

Our wishes are all the more enthusiastic in that the past year has seen the results of all the "in-depth" work carried out over the past 3 years.
Thus, 2019 has seen a strong new dynamic around the life of the movement with the creation or reawakening of :
- 8 national clubs,
- 2 international clubs,
- 5 thematic clubs
More clubs, and more active too, with almost 100 events organized, bringing together nearly 2,000 ESSCA members... a first!
I encourage you to read the details in the article devoted to theAnnual General Meeting held on January 8 in Angers.
On the strength of these successes, the association will be stepping up the pace in 2020 with even more meetings, conferences and workshops. Mark your calendars now for the next ESSCA Awards, to be held at the Cercle France Amériques in Paris on June 4.
Supported (as far as possible) by local Clubs, this event aims to become THE celebration of ALL ESSCAs worldwide!
Keep an eye on your mailbox, too, as we'll keep you regularly informed of "ESSCA Alumni" events taking place in your region.
Another major project is the launch of the ESSCA Foundation under the aegis of the Fondation de France in the second quarter of 2020. We'll be in touch with you then.
We look forward to another successful year for the entire ESSCA community, because ESSCA is for life!
