* The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is an indicator based on Jung's theory of psychological types. The questionnaire, whose reliability and validity have been demonstrated by numerous studies, enables you to identify your personality type, i.e. your preferred way of functioning.
It's not a test of performance or personality traits, used to select candidates for recruitment; it's a tool for understanding yourself and others.
As such, it enables you to improve your relationship and communication with others, and optimize your professional and personal choices by taking into account what motivates you, and your natural assets.
