DISC" Webinar: getting to know yourself better with the original color method
Are you familiar with the DISC test?
Even in the age of digital technology and artificial intelligence, the human element is still important in our professional and personal lives. In our relationships with customers, colleagues, co-workers, managers, friends and spouses, knowing how to do things is not enough. Know-how is indispensable.
DISC is all about knowing how to behave. Based on the work of Marston, supplemented by the work of Jung and Spranger in the AEC DISC method, it proposes to develop people to make them more effective in their functions and relationships.
Often simplified and caricatured, DISC is a powerful tool for getting to know ourselves better and understanding our interactions with others and/or situations.
Its detractors criticize it for pigeonholing us. Used correctly, however, it doesn't lock you into a box. On the contrary, it helps you open up, develop flexibility and interact more effectively.
Simple and highly operational, DISC has a wide range of applications: negotiation, sales, customer relations, management, team synergy, recruitment, personal development...
Prior to the webinar on November 5, you will take the test online. During the webinar, our consultant Thierry OLIVIER will present the test, its characteristics, reading grids, etc...
Your test result will be sent to you during the webinar. You can then ask questions.
Normally billed at 300€, we offer a special ESSCA Alumni rate (40€ for subscribers and 60€ for non-subscribers).
The webinar will take place on Zoom, register and the conference number will be sent to you a few hours beforehand.
Please note: The number of places is deliberately limited to allow interaction between participants and the consultant.

After graduating as a Doctor of Pharmacy, I spent 2 years on the MBA program at London Business School.
I then joined the Diagnostics division of Baxter Laboratories to market reagents and automats to private and hospital analysis laboratories. After just over two years in the field as a sales engineer, I successively held positions as product manager and then marketing director.
I then joined a private security company as marketing and sales director, with the aim of structuring the strategy and sales function and developing the group (a dozen agencies and two subsidiaries in France). In five years, a key account sales team has been set up to support the agencies. doubled (without external growth) and prestigious, lucrative contracts were signed (Football World Cup 98, Nuclear Power Plants, Kourou Space Center, Naval Group, etc.).). Despite these successes, differences of opinion with the CEO and majority shareholder led me to leave the group.
When I set up Adonnante Développement, I decided to put my business development and marketing skills to work for small and medium-sized businesses in the west of France. Since 2002, I've been working in the fields of sales development, marketing strategy and management, supporting managers and training their teams.
Taking into account the advent of the Internet and its impact on customer relations, I created my first websites in 2006. This led to the creation of a company dedicated to webmarketing in 2015 (since sold to my son).
I'm also particularly interested in the importance of know-how in business, customer relations and management. As such, I have been using and training managers and their teams with DISC since 2002. I am also certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0). Soft skills and an optimized understanding of the brain and how it works are, along with digital skills, the main paths to progress and success for companies and individuals alike.
