Saying No
Not letting yourself be taken where you don't want to be, taking it easy, asserting your choices, not giving in to pressure - these are all reasons to learn to say no! The fear of rejection and the desire not to disappoint lead us to self-censorship, which takes a toll on our daily energy.
Whether in a personal or professional environment, by learning to say no, you'll improve your effectiveness and your relationships.
Using practical exercises, we will :
- Identify the risks of saying yes and the benefits of saying no
- Become aware of our needs and limits.
- Learn how to formulate a negative response.
These tips and practical exercises will help you regain control, and finally dare to say NO when necessary!
A ZOOM link will be sent to you 12 hours in advance.

After studying business at ESSCA, I began my career in agency marketing, then in industry. Fascinated by people and their potential, I decided in 2006 to move into coaching, to help develop each individual's potential. I trained in skills assessment and outplacement, then in coaching with Mediat Coaching, a certified training program that I supplemented with different approaches and tools (MBTI, ADVP, emotional intelligence...).
For over 12 years, I have been working as a coach (individual and team) and trainer (in self-knowledge, management, interpersonal and co-development skills).
Today, I work mainly in the Nantes region. Previously, in Paris, I worked with executives and managers (ESSEC alumni) on their professional development projects.
In my practice, I place the human being at the center, and my solution- and problem-solving-oriented approach enables me to develop cooperation and mobilize the client's skills to build his own solutions and achieve his goals.
I continue to train regularly and am supervised.
