Workshop "Introverts: how to shine in the workplace?"
- Do you appreciate peace and solitude?
- Do those you meet in groups think you're discreet or even... Shy?
- Do you think you lack repartee in meetings, interviews, etc.?
And yet... You're probably one of those people (1/3 worldwide!) we call introverts.
Introverts, or people we call "reserved", can feel misunderstood in a society that values systematically showing off and opening up to others.
What's more, increased mobility, information overload and the popularity of open spaces, which affect everyone's well-being, are an even greater source of discomfort for introverts, who need silence to recharge their batteries.
Let's reflect together on the strength of introverts and the power of the quiet.
Let's open up new perspectives...
This approach is in line with Carl Jung's work on the "Introversion" and "Extraversion" dimensions, which you may already have discovered, notably during an MBTI test.
* What is Introversion?
* What's the difference between "Shyness" and "Introversion"?
* What type of introvert are you?
* How can you recharge your batteries to avoid exhaustion?
* How to deal with the world of extroverts?
* Find tips on how to feel at ease at large meetings, business gatherings, cocktail parties, networking events, etc.
The aim of this time is to enable you to be increasingly authentic and comfortable with your "I" temperament and way of being.
... whether you're a director, manager or operative, you're welcome to learn more about how to position yourself in the company!
