ESSCA Angers, DESS Marketing (IAE Aix en Provence), Didier Rolland first spent 15 years as a Marketer, then 10 years as General Manager in 7 countries within international consumer goods and wine & spirits groups (Nestlé, Schweppes, Bacardi and Maison Villevert, a Charentaise ETI).
With his extensive executive experience, he decided to put his expertise, his knowledge of people and his taste for coaching at the service of other leaders. In 2019, he joins EOS Dirigeant, a firm specializing in executive outplacement, as Associate Director.
At the beginning of 2023, Didier ROLLAND joined Enjeux-Dirigeants, ranked No. 1 by "Décideurs" magazine, as a partner and associate in individual executive coaching.
He is an HEC-certified coach, MBTI practitioner and qualified emotional intelligence expert.
ESSCA class of '95, Stéphane has 20 years' experience in corporate sales and marketing development.
After a work-study program and a CSNE in the consumer goods sector (Maille, Coca-Cola, Bel), Stéphane began his career in a major retail group (Carrefour), then in entertainment (Warner), and in a consulting agency specializing in retail (CoSpirit). He then embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure in merchandising consulting in the French West Indies.
Passionate about people, Stéphane is a man of networks and a creator of links, with a great ability to listen and an excellent understanding of his customers' challenges.
His knowledge of the various business professions, his business culture and his interest in people enable him to support his customers in the search for their executive teams and business experts, as well as candidates in their search for new opportunities.
