Presentation
Pierre FRAIGNAUD (1997) and Victor MINARD (2014 ) propose to launch the Club Repreneurs to bring together alumni actively involved in a company takeover project (SME/TPE) in France.
Why this Club?
There are many ways of doing business, and taking over an existing company (SME) is one of them. On average, it takes between 12 and 24 months to take over a company: it's not just a professional project, but alsoa real life project that requires prior reflection, definition of a project and many qualities, including perseverance, responsiveness and dynamism. It's also an opportunity toensure the succession of SME managers who have begun their strategy of selling up, and thus contribute to the dynamism of the regions, and preserve employment and know-how in France.
Services offered to members
- 1 monthly event (conference, round-table, afterwork, etc.) bringing together experts from the takeover world, who will provide information and insights on all aspects of the takeover, as well as takeover success stories.
- Monthly working meetings in small groups to examine specific issues in complete confidentiality. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss the substance of the cases studied, share information and advice, get feedback on certain points and enrich the group's analysis of each buyer.
- A WhatsApp feed for exchange and sharing between Club members.
- Above all, it's a convivial place to share ideas, an opportunity not to search alone, but to be supported by others who are going through the same adventure.
This exchange space will flourish thanks to you, thanks to your contribution! It's a place for alumni to share experiences and get to know each other better. Don't hesitate to ask questions, to participate, to comment, to open debates, etc.
ESSCA is for life!
