Appointments - President, Henkel France

Xavier Martin, a graduate of ESSCA, has been appointed President of Henkel France, in this position since November 2022, replacing Yvan Bonneton.

He began his career with Henkel France in 1998 in the Adhesive Technologies marketing team.

In 2003, he joined the Laundry & Home Care division as Product Manager, then in 2005 the international marketing teams in Düsseldorf.

In 2007, he was appointed Laundry & Home Care Marketing Manager for Henkel's subsidiary in Tunisia.

He then returned to Düsseldorf to develop international projects for this branch.

In 2011, he joined the Adhesive Technologies business line as Director of Strategy, Development and Innovation for the global consumer adhesives/construction professionals market, then in 2017 Corporate Vice President Global Marketing, Digital & ecommerce and Direct Distribution Asia-Pacific for this activity.

In 2020, he was appointed Managing Director of Adhesive Technologies for the consumer and construction markets in France and Benelux, as well as President of Henkel Technologies France, which encompasses the business line's activities in industrial markets in France.

He has been a member of the Henkel France Executive Committee since 2020.
