Appointments - Corporate Secretary, Crédit Agricole SA

Véronique Faujour has been promoted to General Secretary of Crédit Agricole, effective January 2020, replacing Jérôme Brunel, who is retiring. She will report directly to Philippe Brassac, Chief Executive Officer. She will be responsible for the organization of governance, public affairs, corporate social responsibility and communications. In this capacity, she will join the Executive Committee.

Véronique Faujour, ESSCA graduate (class of 1986), has had the following career path:
* 2016-2019: Crédit agricole, marketing and communications director within the Development, Customer and Innovation division.
* 2014-2016: Messageries lyonnaises de presse, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2010-2016: Uni-éditions, Managing Director.
* 2008-2010: Uni-éditions, Deputy Managing Director.
2006-2008: Groupe Marie Claire, publisher of Mariages magazine.
* 2005-2008: Groupe Marie Claire, publisher of the magazines Marie Claire maison, Marie Claire idées, 100 idées jardin and Famili.
2004-2005: Groupe Le Monde, responsible for all youth press within the Magazines-Livres division.
