➡️ Selection criteria

Participants will be chosen on the basis of the relevance and coherence of their cover letter with the conference themes of innovation and gender issues.

1. Attend two afternoon conferences
2. Take an active part in the proposed activities
3. Prepare a minimum two-page report on: a) what you learned, b) what impressed you most, c) your opinion of this type of event in the context of your professional career.

Pre-programme of the event:

This event spans two afternoons and features keynote speakers, round table discussions, and a pitch competition. The closing ceremony will include a classical music performance by a soprano from the Municipal Conservatory of Music of Barcelona.

The program will blend engaging discussions on gender equality, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with contributions from female entrepreneurs, professionals, and researchers. Additionally, there will be an awards ceremony recognizing innovative projects led by female entrepreneurs.

7:00 p.m.: Pitch competition for women entrepreneurs

8:00 p.m.: Conclusion and invitation to pizza evening
