A key player in the transformation of the world of work, Valtus rewards its interim managers at Station F.

At a ceremony held on October 16, Valtus, Europe's leading interim management company, honored 6 exceptional business transformation projects in various categories: regional development projects, international projects, digital projects, team projects, success stories and the Jury Prize. Valtus promotes business agility and talent hybridization. Its interim managers are proof of this, as they contribute to shaping a new world of work in all fields.

The work of an ESSCA student (Jean-Luc Tramoy) particularly caught the attention of the jury.

Interim management for the rapid growth of a marketplace

An assignment at Leroy Merlin is rewarded. It helped accelerate and consolidate a brand new marketplace in record time. Faced with increasing competition, the company is innovating. Valtus interim manager Jean-Luc Tramoy accepted the challenge. The objective: to get young tech developers to rapidly collaborate with store teams. By introducing new tools, new workspaces and stronger management, he effectively brought order to a start-up team that had been isolated without a manager for a year, and connected them with the rest of the company.

Jean-Luc Tramoy graduated from ESSCA in 1991.

"Being enterprising, co-constructing a vision, thinking outside the box, convincing and leading staff, customers and shareholders, and driving performance - that's what drives me. "

After many years' experience as a retail executive, he now divides his time between developing his start-up Plense and interim management assignments.

It is in the context of this latter activity that he has just been honored by Valtus.
