PROSPECTIVE, how to anticipate the changes to come?

Knowing the future and understanding the present are essential for companies.
Because understanding what's coming up enables you to choose and take the right course.
However, in the age of the GREAT TRANSITION, the 60-year-old methods of forecasting are no longer valid. The changes brought about by the transition are so strong and rapid that new tools need to be put in place.
Fabienne ROUX-DAUDIMENT will explain how we can adapt to the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, which is making the transition between the world that is coming to an end and the one that is emerging.
The idea is to enable you to take the helm of your personal destiny and that of your company, to think the world differently and choose the roads that suit you.
