For its 56th meeting, the ESSCA Entrepreneurs' Club welcomes Nicolas GUEUGNIER, CEO of Big Moustache and Jean-Michel GAZAGNE, CEO of Mober.
Big Moustache, a delivery service for shaving and skincare products, is an offshoot of American companies that have already conquered 17% of the market share of the two existing giants.
Mober, a self-service electricscooter rental company based in Paris, competes with CityScoot, which already has over 1,000 self-service scooters, as Mober begins to roll out its service.
These two entrepreneurs are each trying to impose a new service model, one based on subscription, the other on self-service demand.
The questions we'd like to address are: how do you adapt a US model to the French and European market, does the growth of a start-up take place with the agreement of the original shareholders, how do you make the most of your points of difference, how do you catch up...?
We chose to confront these two managers because they experience the problems faced by young companies on a daily basis, and their stories are emblematic of the difficulties faced by all of them.
The meeting will be preceded by a talk by Julien VINCENTI, UBS, on a topical economic issue.
