The ESSCA Au Féminin team is delighted to welcome you to its next Afterwork in Paris.

We're delighted to welcome Insaff El Hassini, expert in compensation negotiations and committed to equal pay for men and women, for an inspiring discussion.

The conference will cover a number of topics:

  • How important it is for women to learn how to negotiate their salaries or rates if they are entrepreneurs.
  • How to find the right value for your profile when you're an employee? How to negotiate your starting salary?
  • How to discover the fair value of your services and set up an aligned pricing policy when you're a freelancer, a self-employed professional or an entrepreneur?
