Opening workshop for the new employment group session in Nantes

leadthis "Ateliers EmploiGrand Ouest" group.

These workshops are open to recent graduates and experienced graduates (over 5 years' professional experience).

The aim is to enableparticipants to be moreeffective in realizingtheir career plans. The proposed approach is centered on the individual: his or her expectations and needs inrelation to his or her project.

Organization:

A curriculum of 5 workshops: 1 opening workshop + 4 thematic workshops of 2h30 each (6:00 pm - 8:30 pm) once a month (March, April, May, June).

• 1st workshop
• Presentation of workshops and participants
• Identification of individual needs

• 4 of the following workshops will be proposed according to the expectations expressed by the group during the opening workshop

• Bringing coherence between project and experience
• Defining the most appropriate communication
• Understanding Professional Social Networks (PSN)
• Sharing the recruiter's perspective
