Club d'angers: discovering an urban winery

1006 is an urban winery created by Pauline Lair in 2020.
Since 2021, she has been vinifying and ageing grapes from her partners (winegrowers/vignerons) located along the Loire from Muscadet to Côtes du Forez, with respect for the living.

In love with the Loire, I'm driven by the desire to create wines that are digestible, sincere and reflect their terroir of origin.
I vinify my partners' grapes naturally. This means using the grapes' indigenous yeasts, with little or no input (sulfur), but without dogma, with the aim of making good, lively wines. Cheers!"

Living wines
Thanks to long-standing partnerships with winegrowers who work with respect for the living, in accordance with organic farming specifications, 1006 interprets the terroirs of the Loire by selecting and monitoring parcels dedicated to its wines all year round.

Urban winery
Hand-harvested, our grapes are carefully transported to our urban winery in the center of Angers.
Here, they are vinified, matured and sold locally.
Visit us all year round!
