This 5th conference (webinar format) will be hosted by Victor PLE (class of 2007), direct client manager at PERIAL AM.

Founded in 1966, this company manages over 5 billion assets and more than 500 properties, and is one of the leaders in the French market. Victor will share his experience and answer all your questions about this type of investment.

This new conference will also be an opportunity to (re)establish contacts between participants and develop an informal network of industry professionals, whatever their activities and functions, in order to facilitate collaboration and the exchange of information.

The conference will be organized as follows:

• 12:30 pm - 1 pm: A round-table discussion with each participant (their activities, their wishes with regard to this club, their expectations of this and future conferences, etc.).
• 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Victor PLE's talk, followed by a Q&A on SCPIs and OPCIs.
• 1:30 pm - 2 pm: "Open" time for those who want to continue the discussions and develop their network!
