Telework-proofing management with theater
How do you manage your team at a time when remote working has become the predominant way of working?
Let's try to answer this major question together, using the Forum Theatre method.
After a skit performed by 2 professional comedians depicting a difficult management situation over a video link, we'll discuss the situation and draw out management keys directly applicable to your professional lives.
This is a participative session that uses collective intelligence to bring out solutions.

This workshop will be led by Jean-Baptiste Sintès, consultant and professional actor. The play will be performed by Lara Pichet, professional actress and Jean-Baptiste Sintès.

Jean-Baptiste Sintès is a graduate of the Cours Florent and Sciences Po Grenoble.
He is an actor and co-founder of ThéâtriCité. He helps companies and individuals to develop their oral and emotional skills through the techniques of theater. He is also a lecturer at the Université de Saint-Étienne, where he designs and runs a specialized 18-hour videoconference course on "Verbal communication and theatricalization" as part of the Master's degree in Communication Design.
Lara Pichet: A graduate of ESSCA Promo 2018 and the Cours Florent, Lara is an actress and consultant at ThéâtriCité.
This dual profile enables her to intervene in companies on management and skills development issues during workshops and training courses based on theater techniques. During this workshop, she will play one of the characters in the introductory skit.
A graduate of ESSCA (class of 2018), Delphine is a consultant at ThéâtriCité. Specializing in change management, she has been interested since the end of her master's degree in theater as a tool for companies to meet their training, awareness, innovation and communication challenges. During this workshop, she will lead the Forum Theater.
