7:15 pm : Explanations on vine cultivation and the vineyard hut
8:30pm: Tasting of Domaine wines accompanied by Fouaces baked on site (6 per person)
The Domaine de Conquessac, surrounded by its vineyards, has preserved its authenticity in harmony with the development of its winegrowing activity.
The vineyard huts are a vestige of the traditional viticulture of yesteryear. Similarly, inside the cellar of Le Cellier de Conquessac, an old bread oven is still in use. This will be an opportunity to see it in operation and taste the fouaces that go so well with the Domaine's Anjou-VillagesBrissac.
