Appointments - Managing Director, Kéolis Bordeaux Métropole

Eric Moinier has been promoted to General Manager of Keolis Bordeaux Metropôle, in this position since November 2019, replacing Hervé Lefèvre.

He reports directly to Frédéric Baverez, Managing Director France of Keolis. He is responsible for managing the TBM public transport network (tramway, bus, self-service bicycles, river shuttles, carpooling, P+R park-and-ride facilities, transport services for people with reduced mobility) on behalf of Bordeaux Métropole. Its actions will be in line with the demanding objectives of the public service delegation contract awarded by Bordeaux Métropole to Keolis for the years 2014 to 2022. In particular, he will have to deal with the consequences of the very sharp rise in ridership in recent years (+68% since 2009), and support Bordeaux Métropole in the many projects to extend and modernize the TBM network, including the launch of the 4th streetcar line in mid-December.
Eric Moinier, 46, holds a degree in Public Transport Management from UITP (2019) and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from EMLYON Business School (1996) and ESSCA (1995). His career path includes:
* 2016-2019: Keolis, Managing Director of the Indian subsidiary.
* 2013-2016: Keolis, Administrative and Financial Director of the Indian subsidiary.
* 2012-2013: TDF, Group Management Control and Consolidation Director.
* 2007-2012: TDF, Financial Director of the Hungarian subsidiary.
* 2006-2007: Keolis, Investment & Financing Manager of Busslink.
