Each and every one of us strives to do more and better. This is laudable, but are we still thinking about ourselves and our daily well-being?
It was by asking myself this question that I decided to train in sophrology. Discovering this technique was a revelation that helped me to align myself with my values and gave me the desire to pass on this method.
