ESSCA student Tom de la Fournière launches his home chef business PREMICES. He tells us about his entrepreneurial project. Don't hesitate to use his services!

It all started with a simple question: why book a table in a crowded restaurant when you could invite a chef into your home? The idea of an in-home chef, once seen as an unattainable luxury, is now a gastronomic revolution within reach.

An adventure born at ESSCA

Currently incubated at INCUB'ESSCA, I've always had a passion for entrepreneurship and gastronomy.

My ambition?

To create a service that transforms a simple meal into an unforgettable moment. Thanks to ESSCA, I was able to structure this idea, adapt it to the expectations of lovers of good food and build a solution that was fluid, accessible and demanding at the same time.

Today, Prémices is much more than a platform: it's a new, intimate way of enjoying gastronomy.
