I became a coach (Certified 2019 Haute Ecole de Coaching) after 15 years as an HR Manager in industry, IT and personal services. What I retain from these years are the privileged relationships I had with executives and managers, supporting them in their role as managers, and the listening skills I brought to employees.
Today, I accompany people at times of transition, decision or questioning, whether personal or professional, to help them move towards what they want. I help them to understand themselves better, to see what they don't see, and to take action to align their lives with their values and needs.
My credo: TAKE HEIGHT, EXPAND YOUR HORIZON AND OPEN UP TO THE FIELD OF THE POSSIBLE! I invite those I work with to open up their vision and see the richness of their lives, and to consider all areas of their existence as places where they can express who they are.
A tool for understanding your brain .... and making progress: Neuro-Feedback
Neurofeedback is a tool for analyzing and training a person's neuronal functioning, based on the electroencephalogram technique. It enables you to better understand yourself and regulate your cognitive, emotional and motor functions to achieve a desired state.
As a Neurofeedback EEGq practitioner (trained in 2019 by the Neurosens Institute) I can offer this tool as part of a coaching program, but also outside coaching, for a simple assessment, or followed by a training program over several sessions, for people wishing to improve their quality of life, health or performance (ability to concentrate or remember, sleep, sports competition ...).training program over several sessions, for people wishing to improve their quality of life, health or performance (ability to concentrate or remember, sleep, sports competition ... ).
