Webinar "Teleworking: develop your interpersonal agility to support your employees".
Since your employees started teleworking, do you no longer recognize some of them? They're the same people, but they behave differently. Or is it you who perceives them differently?
The "new deal" of teleworking is having a major impact on management and interpersonal relations. And, whatever one thinks of telecommuting, it has become an inescapable dimension of the professional world.
So how do you go about it? What are the postures? What are the skills? What soft skills are particularly useful in this situation?
Paul Herlaut, partner at Gordon Crossings, and Antoine Edelist (1999 graduate), consultant trainer, are both experts in Relational Effectiveness.
They will answer these questions, discuss best practices for the digital manager, the difficulties of managing remote relationships, and suggest tools to help you better understand and manage remote collaboration.
A ZOOm link will be sent to you 12 hours before the webinar.

He has 20 years of atypical managerial experience, gained in a variety of sectors including Internet start-ups, associations and local authorities (over 10 years). He also assists Gordon Crossings consultants with the distancialization of training courses (pedagogical engineering), designs training materials and trains them on virtual classroom and e-learning platforms.
Antoine Edelist worked for some fifteen years in the field of non-formal education. For over 10 years, he has been training child and youth care professionals in educational authority and, as a parenting consultant, helping parents to develop caring parenting.
Paul worked for twenty years in financial markets and asset management in Paris and also in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, where he held various positions of responsibility and was a senior executive.
As a Partner, he divides his time between Gordon Crossings' strategy, running training courses and managing educational projects.
Putting people at the heart of the company, improving interpersonal effectiveness and supporting managers in the transformations for which they are responsible are Paul's main motivations in his professional life today.
